1. Platform and adult access

Descorty is a marketing, digital presence and public reputation platform for escorts, content creators, trans creators and visitors/referrers. Access and accounts are restricted to people aged at least 18 who also meet the legal adult-content age in their location. Content involving minors, exploitation, coercion, trafficking or non-consensual images is prohibited and may be removed and reported to the competent authorities.

Descorty does not provide professional services or arrange meetings, negotiations or payments for services between models and visitors. Its on-chain economy charges for platform features and distributes referral commissions and ranking rewards. A showcase relationship does not establish employment, agency, ownership of a person or representation.

2. Accounts and legal acceptance

Local and Google registration require explicit acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, with dates and version recorded. Google authorization is separate. Provide accurate information, use content with permission and protect account credentials. Registration and free profiles do not guarantee publication, approval, traffic, contacts or earnings.

These documents are accepted only at registration. Existing accounts retain their historical legal version and recorded dates, with no renewed acceptance inside the account. Local, Google and wallet login, wallet linking or replacement, showcase requests and Web3 financial operations do not depend on the current legal version. Updating the legal version applies only to new registrations. Acceptance of these documents is not blanket consent to optional marketing or every data-processing purpose.

3. Content, verification and communications

Users are responsible for their profiles, photographs, videos, contact details, external links and comments. Fraud, impersonation, threats, discrimination, spam, unauthorized disclosure and rights violations are prohibited. Descorty may review, refuse or remove unlawful or abusive content and accounts. Verified visitors and professionals may review eligible profiles subject to restrictions on self-review and abuse.

Verification uses a private silent video with requested movements and manual review; phone confirmation uses SMS. Verification, ratings, ranks and badges are platform signals, not guarantees of identity, conduct, safety, quality or availability. Operational emails, SMS and notifications cover account security, verification and feature status; marketing is subject to applicable choices and law. Accounts without a profile may receive up to three reminders and be removed for inactivity.

4. Rankings and free Boosts

Ranks are separate by market and category. Score combines 60% Qualification and 40% Influence, with verification priority and platform tie-breaks. Public Performance displays available historical scores and aggregate contact clicks. Positions and scores can change. Neither a rank nor a Boost guarantees contacts, revenue or a prize.

Verified models may check in daily. Streak milestones at days 7, 14, 21 and 28 grant respective 2x, 3x, 4x and 5x Boosts for 24 hours. Boosts multiply only the Influence component, using a reference frozen at activation. Check-in is blocked during an active Boost under the streak rules.

5. EVM wallets and Web3 login

An existing account may link an EVM externally owned account (EOA), or replace its confirmed wallet, using a wallet signature and a code sent to its account email. There is one confirmed wallet per account and an address cannot belong to two accounts in the same market. There is no unlinking without replacement. Wallet login only authenticates an already linked account; it does not create an account.

A SIWE/EIP-191 login or linking signature proves control of the wallet, costs no gas and is not a payment transaction. Descorty does not receive or store your private key or seed phrase or hold your personal wallet assets. You control wallet access and should verify the origin, network and message. Connecting through Reown AppKit, WalletConnect or a wallet provider also involves those providers' terms and privacy practices.

6. Payments on Base, token and gas

Platform purchases are priced in USD and settled in the configured dollar-compatible ERC-20 token on Base (chain 8453). Non-production environments use Base Sepolia (84532) for testing. The payment authorization specifies the payer, token, contract, amounts, recipients and deadline. Check those details before signing or approving a token allowance; an approval and the payment may require separate transactions.

Network gas is paid separately in ETH and is variable; wallet estimates are not guarantees. Failed or reverted transactions may still cost gas. Token price, liquidity, wallet, RPC, network and smart-contract risks may affect execution. Payment is accepted only after canonical finalized confirmation and reconciliation. A submitted hash or wallet notification alone does not activate a feature. Outages can delay confirmation and application; do not pay again merely because the interface is pending.

7. Paid Boost

A visitor who meets Silver Badge requirements (verified account and visitor profile, at least one model visible in their showcase) and has a confirmed wallet can purchase a Boost for any verified model in the same market. Gold does not waive those requirements. Prices are 2x for US$ 1, 3x for US$ 2, 4x for US$ 3 and 5x for US$ 4, plus gas.

An authorization exclusively reserves the model: free and paid Boosts and reservations cannot overlap. Closing the modal does not cancel a reservation. After finalized payment, the Boost runs for 24 hours from effective activation, including delayed recovery. It affects Influence only, not guaranteed rank or earnings. A model cannot delete the account while a financial reservation remains unresolved or a paid Boost is active. Loss of verification blocks new purchases without undoing already authorized payments.

8. Showcase entry and transfer

A verified model may request entry or transfer to an eligible visitor's showcase in the same market. The recipient can receive the request without a wallet. To pay US$ 4.99 plus gas, the recipient must meet Silver requirements and confirm a wallet; the model must remain verified at authorization. The request itself does not expire; its single financial authorization has a separate deadline.

Finalized payment applies the change automatically. The profile, reputation, comments, ranking, Check-ins and active Boost are preserved; the previous affiliate link is cleared, and an indicated contact resolves to the new eligible owner or the model's own contact. The previous owner receives an email, not a commission. The model and recipient can request cancellation. After financial authorization, cancellation or release waits for finalized payment or definitive proof of non-payment after expiry; an RPC outage is not proof. Pending financial operations block participant account deletion.

9. Economic referrals, commissions and Gold Badge

A verified visitor may refer new visitors through a referral link or cookie. The relationship is permanent, separate from the model's showcase relationship, and limited to one direct referrer: in A → B → C, an operation by C may benefit B, not A. Self-referral and cycles are prohibited. A wallet is not required to establish the referral.

For eligible purchases, 20% of the price goes to the market Reward Pool, 20% to the direct referrer with a confirmed eligible wallet captured at authorization and 60% to Descorty. Without an eligible referrer wallet, Descorty receives 80%, with no escrow, pending balance or retroactive commission. The first valid finalized operation by a directly referred visitor qualifies their referrer for Gold even without a wallet. A model's Gold follows the current showcase owner's Gold. These badges do not guarantee income or financial soundness.

10. Reward Pool

Each market allocates 20% of eligible purchases to its monthly Reward Pool. The contribution month follows the finalized on-chain timestamp in the market timezone. At 12:00 local time on the first day of the following month, closing uses the leaders in the final snapshots of the last day of the preceding month: Visitor 40%, Woman 30%, Trans 30%.

The winner and confirmed wallet are captured at closing and retained during retries. No confirmed wallet, an unavailable user or a proven empty category sends that share to the Descorty Treasury, not the runner-up. Rounding residues also go to Treasury. Missing or inconsistent snapshots or unreconciled contributions keep closing pending. Payment is automatic without a claim; Descorty pays distribution gas through its relayer. Failures may delay payment; completion requires finalized confirmation. A zero pool produces no transaction. Public figures show confirmed contributions and closing status, not guaranteed future rewards.

11. Third-party links and affiliates

External services, social networks, OnlyFans and wallet providers operate under their own rules. Privacy and its affiliate extension are available only in the Brazilian market. The indicated contact mode provides a technical contact option when authorized and selected; it does not certify an agency. Private transactions and external affiliate income are separate from the Base economy.

12. Intellectual property and public use

Users retain rights in their content and authorize the display, storage and technical adaptation necessary to publish and operate their requested profiles and features. Do not copy third-party content or misuse platform software or brands. Football references and visual themes do not imply club sponsorship or official affiliation. Public material can be indexed, copied or shared by third parties; see the Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for uploaded logos and other images and declare that they own the rights or have permission to use and publish them, respecting copyright, trademark and image rights. Misuse of third-party brands, emblems or logos, or content implying a false commercial association, sponsorship or endorsement by clubs, businesses, individuals or Descorty, is prohibited. Uploading does not mean approval or recognition of a commercial relationship by Descorty. Content violating these rules may be removed or its display suspended. 13. Availability, cancellation and rights

Features depend on market configuration, eligibility and technical availability. Maintenance, network failures and security measures may interrupt service. On-chain payments and gas cannot be reversed by deleting an account or closing a screen. Requests about failed purchases, cancellation, refunds or disputes should be sent to garograma@gmail.com with relevant operation identifiers; never include a private key or seed phrase. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies under applicable law remain available. These Terms do not establish an automated refund mechanism or waive those rights.

14. Account closure and responsibility

Account deletion is available subject to unresolved financial operations and active paid benefits described above. Necessary operational, financial and legal records may be retained under the Privacy Policy; public blockchain entries remain. Users are responsible for unlawful acts and unauthorized content. Limits on liability apply only as allowed by law and do not exclude Descorty's non-excludable obligations, consumer rights or data-protection duties.

15. Updates, applicable law and contact

The date and version displayed identify the current documents. Updated legal versions apply to acceptance at new registrations. Existing accounts retain their historical records without renewed acceptance for login or Web3 operations. Applicable mandatory laws, competent courts and consumer and privacy rights are preserved; no exclusive foreign forum is imposed here.
